As a member of the CIA, a lot of my job description dealt with paperwork. However, as I was a member of the NCS (National Clandestine Service) branch, my job dealt with people. I was on the forefront of intelligence gathering as what's called a core collector. This, as you can imagine, involved a lot of travel and more than a few, let's say, awkward moments. My main goal in confiding in you is to tear down the clich'e, glamorous view of the CIA's workings much supported by Hollywood, and replace it with the dangerous reality centered around the United States' wellbeing and protection. If you aren't a patriot, you might find it to be a hard place to work.
For all extensive purposes, this is a work of fiction for your enjoyment. Anything portrayed therein may or may not be an accurate depiction of the actual workings of the CIA.
